TITLE : Housekeeping Executive

DEPARTMENT : Housekeeping

REPORTS TO : Assistant Executive Housekeeper

________________________________________________________________________

General Responsibilities:

Ø Responsible for the upkeep of guestrooms and public areas of the in a clean and orderly manner.

Ø Responsible for supervising room associates to deliver an excellent guest satisfaction experience.

Ø Ensures compliance with the departmental BRISOP.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Conduct daily inspections of all areas including guest rooms, public areas, restaurants and heart of the house.

Ø Adhere to department training calendar and ensure individual training identification needs are reported timely.

Ø All guests of assigned area to be met and report guest comments and feedback to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

Ø All rooms to be checked by the Executive before releasing

Ø Make sure the assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Ø Coordinate SUPER CLEANING of one room as per section schedule with the associate.

Ø Plan PMT Rooms schedule for all 3 blocks

Ø Plan PA cleaning schedule for all Restaurants banquets and Lawns

Ø Oversee Luandry leaving the Resort for accuracy in records

Ø Report inventory of the guest supplies and cleaning supplies as instructed.

Ø Monitor and control the usage of guest supplies.

Ø Report engineering maintenance deficiencies that require immediate attention.

Ø Oversee and ensure that all Lost and Found items are handled as per resort policy.

Ø Ensure cleaning machinery and tools are maintained and stored properly.

Ø Inspect all VIP rooms, stay over and vacant rooms and make sure service standards and cleanliness are maintained as per resort standards.

Ø Train associates to achieve the standards in the guest room, public areas and the heart of the house areas.

Ø Perform any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

Ø Report to the Assistant Executive Housekeeper on any loss or damages and take necessary action for the shortcomings for standard compliance.

Ø Responsible for achieving a score of 90% in audit for Housekeeping operations and take necessary action for the shortcomings for standard compliance.
