
HR Executive

Responsible for handling university licensing, team management, HR, admin, accounts, and branch coordination for the college department.
Key Responsibilities:
- University Licensing: Handle all documentation and processes related to university affiliations and licensing.
- Team Management: Supervise and guide the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- HR Work: Manage attendance, staff records, and basic HR functions.
- Administrative Work: Oversee administrative tasks such as student records, documentation, and office coordination.
- Accounting Work: Maintain basic financial records, handle tuition fee collection, and coordinate with the accounts department.
- Branch Coordination: Act as a link between branches and the main office to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Experience & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce, Management, or Education preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in administration, accounts, or educational institute operations
- Skills Required:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of HR and admin processes
- Experience with accounting or fee collection systems
- Ability to manage a small team effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Understanding of university affiliation/licensing processes is a plus
- Other Requirements:
- Should be organized and responsible
- Able to handle multitasking and work under deadlines
- Comfortable with inter-branch communication and reporting
