About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR processes are smooth, compliant, and people-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records and handle documentation
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely manner
  • Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Coordinate performance appraisals and feedback processes
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR tools/portals
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
