Recruitment & Staffing
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
- Coordinating with departments for manpower requirements
- Managing onboarding and orientation of new hires
2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintaining and updating employee records (personal details, attendance, leaves, etc.)
- Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents
3. Payroll & Compensation
- Collecting and verifying attendance data for payroll processing
- Coordinating with finance or payroll vendors
- Ensuring statutory deductions like PF, ESI, TDS are accurately handled
4. Employee Engagement
- Organizing employee welfare activities, events, and celebrations
- Conducting surveys to measure employee satisfaction
- Handling grievance redressal and maintaining a positive work environment
5. Training & Development
- Identifying training needs in coordination with department heads
- Scheduling and coordinating training sessions and workshops
- Maintaining training records and feedback
6. Compliance & Legal
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Managing audits related to HR functions (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Keeping up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations
7. Performance Management
- Assisting in performance appraisal cycles
- Collecting and analyzing performance data
- Helping managers set KPIs and performance goals
