We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive (CRE) who is responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring a high level of satisfaction, and building long-term relationships. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

· Address customer complaints promptly and provide effective solutions.

· Coordinate with sales, operations, and service teams to resolve issues.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality.

· Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining products/services.

· Collect and report customer feedback to improve service delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good problem-solving and conflict-handling abilities.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

· Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism.

· Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client relations.

· Industry-specific experience interior design is an advantage.
