Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle client communication via calls, emails, and other platforms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to client interactions.
  • Follow up with international clients for project updates and requirements.
  • Coordinate internally with relevant departments to resolve queries.
  • Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing reports and client presentations.

  • Educational Qualification: Any Degree.
  • Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication in English & Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities effectively.
