  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Set performance targets for the sales team and monitor achievement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives across all business verticals.

Customer Relations Management

  • Lead the customer relations team to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle escalated client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor service standards and ensure continuous improvement.

Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and customer relations teams.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and identify training needs.

Experience - 7 years experience in managing a team ,preferably Female

Contact

  • Foster a collaborative, target-driven, and customer-centric culture.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track performance, pipeline, and client interactions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business growth based on analytics.
