Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer interactions and support operations related to Aathifpay's digital payment solutions. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to company services
- Respond to customer inquiries with clear, accurate, and timely information
- Assist customers with transaction-related queries, onboarding support, and service guidance
- Maintain and update customer records and interaction logs in internal systems
- Resolve customer complaints professionally within defined timelines
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams such as technical, operations, and compliance
- Adhere to company policies, data privacy standards, and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal communication skills and basic written skills
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems, data entry)
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Patience, problem-solving mindset, and professional conduct
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any discipline
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided
- Prior experience in customer service, call handling, banking, or fintech is an added advantage
