Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM to manage customer relationship processes. The role involves coordinating with customers, updating CRM systems, handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth workflow from deal initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding & Relationship Management

Initiate new customer cases and ensure all onboarding steps are completed smoothly.

Conduct welcome calls and maintain professional communication with customers throughout the process.

Provide support and guidance to customers regarding account setup and related requirements.

Documentation Management

Collect, verify, and maintain customer documents as per internal guidelines.

Manage both digital and physical records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and easy retrieval.

Coordinate preparation, verification, and dispatch of customer agreements and related documents.

CRM Updates & Data Tracking

Enter and update customer and deal information into the CRM system accurately.

Monitor case progress and update stages as tasks are completed.

Maintain master records and logs for tracking customer interactions and workflow status.

Coordination & Follow-Up

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of required steps.

Set and manage follow-ups for pending tasks such as account activation or document submissions.

Ensure timely escalation of any delays or issues to the relevant stakeholders.

Record Keeping & Compliance

Maintain detailed logs of customer communication, including calls, messages, and emails.

Ensure all documentation and records comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in CRM operations, onboarding, customer service, or administrative roles.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory
