Customer Relation Executive

Reputed CBSE Schools in Saudi Arabia are looking for Customer Relation Executives (CRE) to manage student admission leads from our offices in Cochin / Calicut offices.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
Other Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Malayalam (Arabic is a plus).
- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- Strong telephone etiquette and persuasive skills.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service / tele-calling experience.
- Prior experience in CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete lead management (Calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online leads).
- Contact and follow up with each lead; record updates in ZOHO CRM.
- Share creatives and updates with leads via WhatsApp & Email.
- Collect Google reviews from prospective parents.
- Record walk-in leads received at the Saudi school.
- Provide daily lead update reports.
Location: Cochin/Calicut, Kerala
Work Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM (One Hour Break)
