Job Summary

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing customer interactions, promoting financial products, and achieving monthly targets. The role includes both office-based customer support and field work for sourcing business loans, collecting documents, and meeting potential clients. The candidate must be target-driven and capable of working under pressure while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and assist walk-in customers professionally.
  • Conduct field visits to meet clients, promote products, and source new business.
  • Promote and source business loans, the main focus area.
  • Achieve monthly targets for loans, insurances, and contribution products.
  • Handle workload effectively and perform well under pressure.
  • Follow up with customers for documentation, verification, and loan processing.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM/office systems regularly.
  • Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
