Job Descriptions

The position exists in order to partner with dealerships to drive volumes and market share for Light & Medium Duty Trucks. Driving channel management, seeding new products and increasing product awareness are key execution areas of the role.

Location: Ahmedabad,Aurangabad,Hyderabad,Vijaywada,Bengaluru,Hubli

Role & responsibilities

  • Execute Sales plan to achieve targeted volume and market share.
  • Partner in Regional Strategy making and driving out plans for 5 Ton market in Tipper & Laterite/12 Ton Tippers.
  • Ensure complete mapping of Segment with different applications relevant
  • Sales Process,Channel Management,Export process & documentation
  • New product Launches and Marketing Activities & Training of Channel Team
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Identify possible sub dealer/ dealer candidate and pass on to senior for evaluation and deployment activity

Preferred candidate profile

  • Min 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Industries- Commercial Vehicles,3 Wheeler,Tractors,Tyres)
  • Market Intelligence & Competition information
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Product Knowledge
  • Presentation & Communication Skills
  • Dealer Management & Relationship building in the markets
