About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Territory Sales Manager – Channel Sales {Location} to lead
dealer development and sales initiatives for our electric scooter division. The ideal candidate will play
a critical role in expanding our dealer network, driving sales, and maintaining strong relationships
with channel partners across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential EV 2-wheeler dealers in assigned regions.
- Travel extensively across cities and towns to build and strengthen the dealer network.
- Ensure timely booking of orders, coordination for deliveries, and after-sales dealer support.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing intelligence to stay ahead in the
market.
- Resolve dealer concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, service, and marketing to streamline
operations.
- Provide periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and feedback to the management
team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in EV 2-wheeler sales or channel development.
- Proven track record in dealer acquisition and management.
- Strong network of dealers and distributors in the assigned geography.
- Willingness to travel 20+ days per month across cities and rural markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in the local language is essential.
