- Act as a trusted advisor to founders, CMOs, and growth leaders by delivering consultative solutions aligned to business goals.
- Provide integrated media solutions across digital, broadcast, and sports sponsorship properties.
- Drive exponential revenue growth by aligning with core team strategies for Sports events.
- Ensure comprehensive market coverage through proactive outreach and coordinated client engagement.
- Convert smaller and emerging accounts into long-term strategic partners.
- Deliver data-backed post-campaign evaluation reports and Brand Lift Studies (BLS)to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop and recommend long-term media strategies to drive retention, upsell, and share-of-wallet growth.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve client performance and engagement.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Media, or related field (preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in media sales, client partnerships, or digital advertising.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and deliver high-value revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of digital-first brands, startups, and performance-driven marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign insights and reporting.
