ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Key Accounts Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have 0.6months-2 years of B2B sales experience and a strong desire to drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and nurturing key accounts while maintaining excellent client relationships. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we encourage you to apply. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Key Account Management: · Identify and prioritize key accounts based on their potential value. · Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key decision-makers. · Understand key accounts' business needs and tailor solutions to meet them. 2. Sales Strategy: · Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve and exceed sales targets. · Identify growth opportunities within existing key accounts and present innovative solutions. · Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and achieve collective goals. 3. Client Engagement: · Conduct regular meetings with key accounts to understand their evolving needs. · Provide product demonstrations and presentations to key stakeholders. · Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 4. Sales Pipeline Management: · Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. · Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software. · Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management. 5. Market Research & Digital Marketing: · Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. · Identify potential market segments and new clients for expansion. 6. Negotiation and Closing: · Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals. · Ensure all contractual agreements are accurate and compliant. 7. Team Collaboration: · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support. · Share client feedback and insights to enhance product/service offerings. 8. Sales Documentation: · Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and correspondence. · Prepare and submit required reports and documentation on time QUALIFICATIONS · Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing B2B Sales is a must · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Proactive and results-driven mindset. · Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team. · Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles. · Exceptional organizational and time management skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) BENEFITS · Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing · years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Adept at building and maintaining client relationships
