Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Key Account Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, developing business plans, and identifying growth opportunities to drive long-term partnerships. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing client needs, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the successful execution of account strategies. The position will also involve maintaining client satisfaction, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth communication between internal departments and clients.

  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing complex accounts or enterprise-level partnerships is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
