Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Professional located in Kolkata. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing sales strategies. The professional will also be engaged in market analysis, reporting on sales activities, and working closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in the manufacturing or tools industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
