Job Description: International BPO Executive (Australian Process)

Position: International BPO Executive

Location: WFH

Process: Australian Voice (Outbound & Inbound)

Shift: Australian AEDT Timings

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and results-driven professional with prior experience in international BPO. The role involves sales and fulfilment activities for Australian clients, with a strong focus on outbound calling and partial inbound support.

If you have experience in Australian processes or Solar campaigns, you will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound sales calls to Australian customers and prospects.
  • Manage inbound queries efficiently, providing accurate product and service information.
  • Drive sales conversions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Perform end-to-end fulfilment activities including order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer data and call outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International BPO (voice process).
  • Prior exposure to Australian process/Solar campaigns will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral/accent-friendly tone.
  • Strong sales aptitude, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Willingness to work in Australian AEDT shifts.
