Customer Care Executive -

Looking for Customer Care Executives for In house Inbound Domestic Call Centre. Candidate should

have good communication skills & flair towards customer service.

Roles and Responsibilities -

 Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have queries.

 Flexible to work on rotational shifts 24*7.

 Resolving problems by clarifying issues and by escalating unsolved problems.

 Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

and follow up to ensure resolution.

 Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

 Excellent communication and presentation skills.

 Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
