We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through phone, email, or chat support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails from customers.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with polite and professional communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Good communication skills (English / Hindi or regional language).
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Ability to work in flexible shifts if required.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in customer service is a plus.
