**Position**:Customer Success Specialist

**Responsibilities**
Track product usage on sandbox and production environments and run analysis
Track progress towards customer journey milestones in sandbox and production environments
Communicate above findings and collaborate with the CS manager and relevant teams to move
the customer towards their next milestone
Proactively intervene for optimal usage of sandbox/ product features and bring customers on
track towards desired outcome
Proactively identify signs of customer risk, flag unhappy customers and collaborate cross
- functionally for risk mitigation
(Gather customer feedback on the sandbox & product and communicate to appropriate teams)
Maintain ongoing dialogue and build trusted relationships with the customers to provide education
on benefits of optimal usage of the product features to increase their financial and clinical
outcomes
projects related to further buildup of Customer Success functions
Ongoing education to customers on new product features/ upgrades
**Required skills**
Working knowledge of Zohodesk (or any other ticketing system), Clevertap or Google Analytics
Physiotherapist background would be a plus.
Experience working in Customer Success function and managing customers (3-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with empathy, excellent analytical and problem
- solving skills, excellent documentation skills
Education - Bachelor’s Degree
Working in US time zone; work from Home

**Founding Team
**The company is founded by Brijraj Vaghani and Riyaz Rehman. Brijraj has been CTO at Ola, India's biggest ride hailing company and was instrumental in successfully launching Ola in London and other international markets. Riyaz led the public transit business at Ola
working with agencies like DMRC. Before this new venture, they had partnered on Ridlr which was a tech platform for public transit. After successfully executing projects for leading transit authorities, Ola acquired Ridlr in 2018. Before his start up journey, Brij has worked on several upcoming technologies in his career with Qualcomm. Riyaz handled strategy and risk management for an oil and gas enterprise after his MBA from IIMA.
