Remote, India Fulfillment Center Services Full time

As an eCommerce Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers across various platforms, including eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and our own eCommerce websites.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**: Assist with placing orders, process returns, and ensure timely delivery.
- **Platform Management**: Manage customer service on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and company websites.
- **Problem Resolution**: Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and payment issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in customer service, preferably in eCommerce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with eBay, Amazon, and Walmart platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
