About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive who can multitask across various functions of business operations. The ideal candidate will take ownership of day-to-day ecommerce activities, coordinate across teams and suppliers, manage customer interactions, and contribute directly to the growth and efficiency of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and list new winning products to drive revenue growth.
  • Create, make, and manage purchase orders while coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Handle and resolve customer queries across multiple platforms with professionalism and speed.
  • Manage and clear problematic invoices for reconciliation in coordination with the accounts team.
  • Create, set up, and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and manage email escalations related to shipping partners and customer issues.
  • Import and update payment records into company software accurately.
  • Develop and implement new business strategies to fuel growth, improve efficiency, and optimize performance.
  • Serve as a bridge between suppliers, logistics, customer service, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in ecommerce operations (Amazon, Shopify, or similar platforms preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital ads management (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce software and reconciliation processes is an added advantage.
