Amazon Marketing Specialist - Job Requirements

**Experience & Knowledge**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
- Proven track record of successful Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC, DSP, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Products).
- Deep understanding of Amazon's A9 algorithm and how to optimize product listings for organic search rankings.
- Experience with keyword research, SEO best practices, and listing optimization techniques.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Amazon tools and software such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon advertising console and campaign management tools.
- Ability to analyze metrics and performance data (ACOS, TACOS, CTR, Conversion Rates, etc.) and optimize accordingly.
- Basic graphic design understanding for A+ content and brand store design (Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus).

**Marketing Expertise**:

- Strong understanding of eCommerce trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, promotional calendars, and seasonal campaigns.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, FBA, and fulfillment logistics.

**Communication & Collaboration**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, product development, and sales teams.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field preferred.

Bonus Qualifications:

- Amazon certifications (e.g., Amazon Ads Certification).
- Experience working with international Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, CA, etc.).
- Familiarity with other online retail platforms (eBay, Walmart, Shopify) is a plus.
