ZAP Ecommerce Ltd. is a fast-growing ecommerce company that specializes in transforming brands into ecommerce superstars. We're currently seeking a highly experienced Amazon Marketplace Expert to join our team.

As an Amazon Marketplace Expert, you will be responsible for managing our products and stores on the Amazon platform. Your in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Amazon Marketplace will be instrumental in increasing product visibility, driving sales, and enhancing our online presence.
**Note: You will also be handling other marketplaces like Walmart, jane etc. but we will teach you those.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective listing strategies across our Amazon portfolio.
- Oversee product content creation (copywriting, images, videos, promotions, etc.) to improve listing conversion rates.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs including, but not limited to, sales, performance metrics, order defect rate, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize SEO and PPC advertising campaigns.
- Resolve any issues related to customers, inventory, shipments, and returns promptly.
- Stay current with Amazon policy changes and industry trends to guide our strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing Amazon Marketplaces.
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Excellent understanding of Amazon’s algorithms, A9, and ranking factors.
- Demonstrable track record of increasing sales and revenue on Amazon.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon advertising platforms.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in team settings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
