About the Role

, a leading Canadian e-commerce store for printer ink and toner supplies, is seeking a full-time Online Marketplace Executive to manage our store.

This is a remote-only role where you will be responsible for driving sales, optimising product performance, and managing the overall Amazon store presence. From PPC campaigns to A+ content optimisation and visual design improvements, you will play a key part in ensuring our brand stands out and remains competitive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Management – Oversee daily operations of our store, including product listings, pricing, and profitability.
  • Amazon PPC & Advertising – Plan, manage, and optimise PPC campaigns to maximise visibility and ROI.
  • A+ Content Optimisation – Review, update, and optimise A+ content for improved conversions and brand image.
  • Graphics & Visuals – Update product photos, enhance graphics, and maintain visual standards for all listings.
  • Product Optimisation – Create keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and descriptions for better ranking and sales.
  • Pricing & Profitability – Track margins, competitor pricing, and market trends to ensure profitability.
  • New Product Launches – Plan and execute successful launches of new ink and toner products.
  • Campaigns & Promotions – Manage major events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) to maximise sales.
  • Reporting & Analytics – Use data and reports to monitor performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Strategic Planning – Analyse our Amazon store in detail and create a written action plan describing what can be done to improve sales, how you will achieve it, and expected outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of Amazon marketplace management experience (Canada/US preferred).
  • Proven expertise in Amazon PPC campaign setup and optimisation.
  • Experience in A+ content optimisation and managing product photo/graphic updates.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Ability to create optimised, keyword-driven product listings.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to create detailed action plans for sales growth.
  • Must be available for a full-time remote role (not freelance/part-time).
