**Job Description: Online Bidder (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, qualify, and bid on relevant projects on **Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr** (and similar platforms).
- Draft persuasive, customized, and professional **proposals** aligned with client needs.
- Communicate with potential clients, clarify requirements, and **negotiate project terms**.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and track progress regularly.
- Collaborate with the technical/operations team to ensure accurate scoping and pricing.
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with **platform trends, bidding strategies, and best practices** to maximize conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an **Online Bidder / Business Development Executive** on freelance platforms.
- Strong understanding of services related to **(customize: web development, mobile apps, design, marketing, etc.)**.
- Excellent **written and verbal English communication** skills.
- Ability to write engaging, tailored, and client-centric proposals.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, or pipeline management (preferred).
