We are looking for a skilled and proactive **Ecommerce Marketplace Handler** to manage and grow our presence across various online marketplaces.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Marketplace Management**:

- Manage product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, and others.
- Ensure accurate and optimized product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor and update inventory to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- **Sales Optimization**:

- Analyze sales data and identify trends to improve performance.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and visibility.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints on marketplaces.
- Handle customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive brand image.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for all platforms.
- Track key metrics like sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the operations team for timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure branding consistency across platforms.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Resolve any compliance or account health issues quickly and effectively.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 - 1.5 years of experience managing ecommerce marketplaces.
- **Skills Required**:

- Proficiency in marketplace platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Google Analytics, and marketplace reporting tools.
