**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep a close watch on all live marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, etc.).
- Identify and report any issues such as **blocked listings, out-of-stock products, account health problems, pricing errors, or policy violations**.
- Coordinate and lead the **outsourced teams handling Amazon & Flipkart** - track their work, monitor performance, and ensure timely updates.
- Share timely updates with internal team in case of any issues or changes in account status.
- Ensure smooth functioning of listings, inventory management, order flow, and customer communication.
- Regularly review catalog health and assist in resolving listing errors or suppression.
- Provide daily/weekly performance reports and ensure proper documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in handling or supervising ecommerce marketplace operations.
- Good knowledge of platforms like **Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart** etc.
- Strong coordination skills to manage third-party teams.
- Familiarity with basic ecommerce tools, seller dashboards, and Excel.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
