**Functional Responsibility To**:Ecommerce Operations

**Note: We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist with prior experience in an E-Commerce company.**

**Overall Purpose of Job**:
To efficiently manage and input data into the company’s ecommerce systems, ensuring accurate product listings, inventory updates, and order processing. This role contributes to maintaining a seamless online shopping experience, supports business operations, and ensures data integrity across multiple platforms.

**Primary Responsibilities**:
To manage and maintain:

- Accurate data entry for product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions across ecommerce platforms.
- Regular updates to inventory records and monitoring stock levels.
- Timely processing and validation of online orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of data within ERP and ecommerce systems.
- Verification of data accuracy by cross-checking information with source documents.
- Research and resolution of discrepancies in data or orders.
- Uploading bulk data using tools such as Excel, CSV, or platform APIs where applicable.
- Regular reporting on data accuracy, operational efficiency, and inventory health.
- Liaison with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for product details or stock corrections.
- Maintenance of digital catalog integrity and SEO optimization for product listings.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
