**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our US-based team, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effective collaboration. This position requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks. It is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in data management and administrative support while working in an international environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data into internal databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents for accuracy.
- Organize and maintain data files and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
- Assist in compiling and analyzing data for reports and presentations.
- Communicate effectively with US-based team members to understand requirements and provide updates on tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in [relevant field, e.g., Business Administration, Information Management, or related].
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when working with international teams.
- Familiarity with US culture or previous experience working with US-based organizations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
