Operations Executive - Ecommerce

**Salary**: 12,000 - 15,000

Location: Remote (Permanent WFH)

**Responsibilities**:

- After sales customer support
- Finalise the order requirement and get confirmation from customer
- Handle customer issues
- Order processing

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1+ year in Support and customer dealing, preferably with US-based customers.
- Skills: Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Attributes: Strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Must have own laptop and stable internet connection.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
