**Job Position**:Ecommerce Listing Executive (Fresher)

**Location**: Work from anywhere (Remote) / In Office (Coimbatore)

The Ecommerce Listing Executive is responsible for managing product listings on ecommerce platforms to ensure accuracy, completeness and visual appeal. This role includes creating and uploading product descriptions, optimizing listings for search visibility and coordinating with internal teams to maintain up-to-date inventory and pricing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, update and maintain product listings on ecommerce platforms
- Write and edit product titles, descriptions and specifications.
- Ensure high-quality images and accurate product details are uploaded.
- Optimize product listings for search visibility using relevant keywords.
- Implement best practices for improving product ranking and discoverability.
- Monitor and update stock levels to ensure accurate inventory status.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams for timely replenishment.
- Update product pricing as per company policies and market trends.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure listings are accurate, complete, and consistent.
- Correct any errors in descriptions, categories, or pricing promptly.
- Track and analyse listing performance metrics (clicks, impressions, conversion rates).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and customer experience.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to gather necessary information and assets.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product details and content.
- Accuracy and completeness of listings.
- Product ranking and visibility on ecommerce platforms.
- Turnaround time for creating and updating listings.
- Number of errors or violations reported by platforms.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Passion for ecommerce and online retail.
- Ability to adapt to platform updates and market trends.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, for data management.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication for product descriptions.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

**Experience**:Only freshers can apply
