Job Description: Ecommerce Executive Location: [Hybrid]

Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Listings and Catalog Management:
Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other ecommerce platforms. o Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels. o Manage product categorization and attributes for better visibility and searchability
- 2. Order Processing and Fulfillment: o Monitor and process orders from all ecommerce platforms. o Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. o Handle returns, refunds, and customer queries related to orders.

3. Platform Management: o Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other platforms. o Monitor account health, performance metrics, and resolve any issues promptly. o Stay updated with platform policies, guidelines, and best practices.

4. Sales and Promotions: o Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals to boost sales. o Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Customer Service: o Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to products, orders, and deliveries. o Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.

6. Reporting and Analysis: o Generate and analyze sales reports, traffic data, and performance metrics. o Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and operational efficiency.

7. Inventory Management: o Track inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts or overstocking. o Update inventory across all platforms in real-time.

Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations, preferably with Amazon and Flipkart.

Technical Skills: o Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other Indian ecommerce platforms. o

Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data management and reporting. o

Familiarity with tools like Listing Mirror, SellerApp, or similar ecommerce management tools is a plus.

Soft Skills: o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. o Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Other Requirements: o Full knowledge of Indian ecommerce platforms, policies, and trends. o Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
