**Responsibilities**:

- Product Listings: Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, etc.
- Content Creation and Cataloguing: Develop engaging and informative product content and maintaian organized product catalog.
- Order Processing: Handle the processing and dispatch of customer orders efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with clients to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory data.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Promotions and Deals: Collaborate with e-commerce marketplaces to execute promotional activities and special deals.
- Consulting: Provide clients with strategic guidance to enhance their e-commerce business and boost sales.
- Autonomous and Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Communication: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Template Creation: Create and maintain templates for product listings and other e-commerce related tasks.
- Excel Proficiency: Possess proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
- Passion for e-commerce and a desire to contribute to the growth of our online business

Pay: ₹8,946.02 - ₹33,858.60 per month
