**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Online Store Management**:
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and other content are accurate and optimized for SEO.
- Regularly update and maintain the product catalog to reflect new arrivals, promotions, and discontinued items.
- **Order Fulfillment**:
- Oversee the order processing, including packing, shipping, and tracking.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders, returns, and refunds.
- **Sales Optimization**:
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and adjust pricing to remain competitive.
- **Marketing and Promotions**:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts to drive sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement advertising strategies.
- Utilize platform-specific tools to enhance product visibility and attract customers.
- **Performance Monitoring**:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- **Customer Service**:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and online sales strategies.
- Proficient in using e-commerce management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with digital marketing and SEO.
- Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools.
- Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.
