We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Ecommerce Executive** to join our team. As an Ecommerce Executive, you will manage and optimize account health for third-party sellers on leading e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Meesho, JioMart, and Flipkart. This role involves maintaining account performance, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with platform policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage the health of e-commerce accounts across multiple platforms.
- Resolve issues related to account suspensions, policy violations, and performance metrics.
- Optimize listings and ensure proper product categorization, images, and descriptions.
- Analyze sales trends and generate periodic reports to improve performance.
- Coordinate with platform support teams to address account-specific concerns.
- Maintain compliance with platform policies to avoid penalties and ensure seamless operations.
- Stay updated with the latest platform guidelines and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce account management (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart preferred).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platform policies and metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Salary**:

- Up to ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
