Ecommerce Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Analytics Professional with a strong background in developing and scaling data-driven growth frameworks for digital-first or ecommerce businesses.
In this role, you will help establish and manage a Marketing & Ecommerce Analytics POD — a centralized analytics function designed to unify data, improve reporting accuracy, and enable faster, insight-driven decision-making across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an ecommerce analytics strategy aligned with business KPIs such as revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Translate business objectives into structured measurement and reporting frameworks.
- Generate performance insights linking marketing efforts, site behavior, and commercial impact.
- Present actionable data-driven insights during business and performance reviews.
- Contribute to building and managing a cross-functional Analytics POD (tagging, data engineering, analytics, reporting).
- Maintain frameworks for roadmaps, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting cadence across digital channels (ads, CRM, UX, web).
- Support automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Work with tools such as GA4, GTM, BigQuery/Snowflake, Looker Studio, and advertising platforms to ensure scalable and reliable data pipelines.
- Enhance tagging, attribution modeling, and data accuracy across digital ecosystems.
- Integrate data across ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce), CRM, Ads, and Search tools.
- Ensure strong data governance, quality, and scalability across systems.
- Prepare regular reports tracking ecommerce metrics such as revenue trends, conversion rates, and channel performance.
- Deliver insights that guide UX, pricing, product assortment, and merchandising decisions.
- Support predictive analytics and forecasting models to drive retention and engagement.
- Enable data democratization across teams for faster, insight-backed decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in Ecommerce Analytics, Digital Marketing Analytics, or Growth Operations.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, GTM, BigQuery/Snowflake, Looker Studio, and ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce).
- Hands-on experience with attribution modeling, tagging, and data pipeline optimization.
- Ability to convert complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Excellent collaboration skills with marketing, product, engineering, and UX teams.

Pay: ₹10, ₹100,000.00 per month
