**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Resolve customer queries and concerns with accuracy and empathy
- Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
- Document and update customer interactions in the system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed

**Requirements**:

- Must be based in Kolkata
- Proven experience in a customer care/support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
- Proficient in using basic computer tools and customer service platforms

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
