Role Description

This is a full-time, office role, based for a Correspondence & Tender Executive. The responsibilities include preparing, managing, and tracking official correspondence, coordinating tender documentation and submissions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with various teams, maintaining records, and adhering to deadlines to support operational efficiency and project success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing and managing official correspondence and documentation
  • Experience in tender management, including preparation, submission, and compliance
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills for efficient task management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Sohna and collaborate with multiple teams
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Prior experience in construction or infrastructure sectors is an advantage
  • Master's Degree in Engineering, or any other related field
