Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender Executive based in Gurugram. The Tender Executive will handle end-to-end tendering activities, including examining tender specifications, preparing accurate proposals, and managing documentation. The individual will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely submission and compliance with guidelines. Monitoring tender portals, maintaining tender databases, and contributing to strategic bidding processes are integral parts of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills to interpret tender requirements, evaluate data, and ensure compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation, correspondence, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tender management tools
  • Knowledge of the bidding and procurement process in relevant industries
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
