Civil Engineer(Tender & Estimation)

Salary : 50k to 60k

Location : Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis for tenders.

  • Study tender documents and prepare technical & financial bids.- Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for costing accuracy.

  • Monitor market rates of materials, labor, and subcontracting services.

  • Prepare comparative cost statements and highlight risks in tenders.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical) with 5–6 years' experience in tendering/estimation.

  • Strong knowledge of CPWD, NHAI, AAI, IRCON, and PSU tendering norms.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.

  • Strong analytical and costing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
