Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Membership Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Membership Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing member communications, providing exceptional customer service, performing administrative duties, assisting with sales activities, and coordinating events. The coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for members and prospective members, ensuring their questions and needs are promptly addressed.

  • Strong Administrative Assistance capabilities
  • Experience in Sales and Event Management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer software and tools for administrative tasks
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or cryopreservation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
