Product Manager – Enterprise

Position Type: Full-Time

We are actively building and enhancing both:

- A React/Next.js membership platform that is fast, scalable, and optimized for modern UI/UX, accessibility, and affordability.
- A large-scale Enterprise AMS/LMS platform powering mission-critical operations including membership, e-commerce, course delivery, and event management.

We are also investing in decentralized AI and company-owned data centre infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and long-term resilience.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner to work directly with the CEO/CTO in translating product vision into actionable, developer-ready requirements across our Membership and Enterprise AMS/LMS platforms.

This role is focused on execution — refining backlog items, ensuring sprint readiness, and overseeing delivery across platforms built on modern front-end and enterprise architectures.

Core Responsibilities

- Collaborate with CEO/CTO to understand and execute the product roadmap.
- Maintain a refined backlog at least two sprints ahead, with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Write clear, actionable user stories.
- Prioritize features based on business impact, scalability, customer needs, and performance.
- Align features with AMS/LMS workflows: membership management, e-commerce, course delivery, and event management.
- Ensure features meet performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA), and responsive design standards.
- Coordinate closely with developers and QA to ensure delivery meets functional and quality requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for product-related questions regarding WordPress and integrations.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

- Backlog Readiness: ≥ 90% of sprint items fully defined before sprint planning.
- Delivery Success: ≥ 90% of committed features delivered on time and to acceptance criteria.
- Defect Rate: ≤ 5% post-release critical/high-severity defects.
- Performance Compliance: 100% of features meet load time and responsiveness targets.
- Scope Clarity: ≤ 5% of items require mid-sprint scope changes due to unclear requirements.

Qualifications

Required

- 4+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in SaaS or enterprise software.
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or comparable discipline.
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, and modern front-end architectures.
- Strong understanding of LMS, AMS, and membership-based workflows.
- Proficiency in backlog management, acceptance criteria writing, and requirement gathering.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal).

- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Experience building scalable membership or e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with API-driven development and headless CMS.
- Experience with regulatory or government-sector platforms.
- Knowledge of Canadian and U.S. compliance and security requirements.

As a membership administrator, I want the system to automatically send a personalized renewal reminder email 30 days before a member's expiry date, so that members renew without manual admin effort.

Acceptance Criteria: trigger 30 days before expiry, editable templates in WordPress, Stripe/PayPal support, email logs, multilingual support.

Business Value: improves renewal rates, reduces admin workload, and ensures compliance.
