Role Description

We are seeking an Export Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. Responsibilities include managing and overseeing international trade operations, developing business strategies to expand export initiatives, and ensuring compliance with global trade regulations. The candidate will establish and maintain healthy client relationships, identify new international markets, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive sales growth through global opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Export operations and International Trade requirements
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and International Business strategies
  • Experience in Sales, particularly within international markets
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic initiatives for business expansion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory policies in international trade
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in export management, global business operations, or trade logistics is highly beneficial
