Job Description:
Experience – 4 to 7 years in FMCG (Food) industry.
Location – Pune (Camp).
Qualification – Any Graduate + MBA/PG diploma/Certification in International Business or Exports.
Desired Candidate Profile-
Good Communication skills, Excellent Analytical skills, Detail oriented.
Job Description:
BUDGET
- To prepare file for making Budget. Sales – Previous years closing, current year Target vs Achieved & formatting for following year targets. Expense – Sales and Distribution Country wise.
- Send a separate budget file to the concerned Export Manager for preparing their budget for the next financial year.
- Create a Consolidated budget file with the data received from the export managers/HoD.
- Present, review & finalize the budget with the management.
- Upload the Budget in the system after implementing the changes suggested by the management.
MERCHANT/THIRD PARTY EXPORT SALES
- Appoint/select new buyers
- Send product list with catalogue/company profile to the buyer.
- After product selection (from buyer), prepare costing & pricing & send the same to the buyer for confirmation.
- Prepare a proforma invoice & send to the buyers for their confirmation.
- Post confirmation, coordinate with the backend team for release of the order for Production.
- Coordinate with Factory for transportation & smooth dispatch of the products.
- Intimate buyer for their shipment status.
- Follow up with buyer for Outstanding/Overdue payments.
- Coordinate with existing buyers for repeat orders.
- Search buyer for new markets.
SUPPLY CHAIN/ COORDINATION
- Submit order to the factory for production.
- Coordinate with factory for shipment execution.
- Logistics handling-
- check & negotiate freight cost with the shipping agents.
- Arrange bookings & coordinate with transporter for timely arrangement of containers.
- Coordinate with clearing agent for Shipment execution.
- Inform concerned manager / Buyer for their shipment status / details.
- Negotiate & finalize transportation cost.
- Coordination with various government/external bodies like Spices Board, EIC, Plant Quarantine etc. for smooth functioning of the process.
EXPORT BACK END
- Preparing & finalizing proforma invoices & coordinating with buyers in absence of the Export Managers.
- Coordinate with the concerned department (Purchase, Marketing, R&D etc.) regarding order status report received from the factory & other export related activities.
- To monitor orders regarding Outsourced products.
- To prepare budget & tracking of seasonal products. – confused whether to keep in export back end or MIS.
- To monitor & verify all post shipment documents & ensure documents are sent to the concern (Buyer/Bank).
- Coordinate with QA/QC regarding reports (analysis report, specification).
- Follow up with buyers for Outstanding / Overdue payments.
- Face Internal Audit.
- Coordinate with IT team for system related work.
Sales related Role –
- Assist & support the respective HoD to achieve the sales budget of the assigned countries.
- Follow-up for new orders, stock & secondary sales report.
- Prepare proforma invoice & send to the buyers for their confirmation.
- Prepare costing & pricing.
- Prepare final Budget.
- Tracking Target vs Achievement.
MIS, ANALYSIS
- Prepare Order Calendar & track sales – country, buyer, month, container-wise.
- Prepare sales data (country, category, product-wise) and send it to the concerned team members.
- Prepare / maintain export payment status.
- Prepare Cash flow & provision & send it to the finance department on 1st of every month.
- Prepare various kinds of MIS reports as & when required.
