Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in generating business by reaching out to potential clients, understanding their shipping needs, and providing tailored logistics solutions. This is a great opportunity to start your career in the global shipping and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Understand customer requirements related to ocean freight, container bookings, and logistics services.
  • Coordinate with pricing and operations teams to provide accurate quotations.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and inquiries to convert into bookings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream (preferably in Logistics, Commerce, or Business Administration).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
