Key responsibilities

- Policy Negotiation: Act as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies, negotiating terms to secure the best coverage for the client.
- Sales and Relationship Management: Develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and provide ongoing advice and support.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle policy renewals, adjustments, and maintain accurate client records.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments for clients and provide guidance on managing those risks.
- Claims Assistance: Assist clients in filing claims and ensure they receive the compensation outlined in their policies.
- Market Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products to provide the best advice.
