Job Responsibilities
- Managing the complete operation team for Existing Offline retails, Online Retails. B2B and B2C and corporate ticketing.
- Responsible and Accountable for the complete Functions under Operations which includes Ticketing, Invoicing, Quality Checks, In-house sales support for UK and Indtex reservation team, Queue distribution, Queue management, Dispatching and Fare filing for Air and Land contracts etc.
- Manage all operational aspects of routine support functions through direct supervision & ensuring due personal involvement in relevant areas.
- Involve in Escalation process to resolve issues with the Airline and Home and away team in Leicester where service levels are not met.
- Maintain excellent relations with each domestic and International Airline sales team.
- Maintain excellent relations with all the employees of Home and away UK team and internal sales team.
- Involved in assessment of Service level achieved by the each staff in flight operations team and proposing improvement plans and assist the team in implementing such plans.
- Lead, train and motivate the air ticketing team.
- Assess & plan training requirements for Executives.
- Stay updated on aviation industry trends and technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- Minimum 5 year of experience into Air Operations role.
- Excellent knowledge of GDS systems - Amadeus/ Galileo/ Sabre etc.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good leadership and communication abilities.
- Open to work in UK Shift time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹60,000.00 per month
