The Business Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing and developing strategies, leading a team, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. The role includes identifying business opportunities, negotiating client contracts, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.QualificationsStrong management and leadership skillsExperience in developing business strategies and managing operationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in project management and coordinationAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholdersProblem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or 15years education completed
